If the selected candidate is asked to leave the organization for reason of poor performance within 12 months of the date of hire, Kincannon & Reed will conduct a new search to replace this candidate for out-of-pocket expenses only. We have only had to perform on this guarantee a handful of times in well over 1,000 searches since 1981.
