Bonipak/Betteravia Farms has named Kristen Camarena as its new Executive Vice President. She joins the company with more than two decades of experience in large-scale, permanent crop production and a proven track record in leading complex farming operations, logistics, and team development.
Kristen steps into the executive role following a successful tenure at Wonderful Orchards, where she most recently served as Vice President of Farming. In addition to her operational leadership experience, she brings valuable industry perspective through her involvement in board and advisory roles, including the California Polytechnic Plant Science Advisory Council, the North Kern Water Storage District, and Western Growers’ Future Leaders program.
“Kristen’s ability to lead large-scale, complex farming operations while investing in the growth of her people made her a standout,” said Carolyn Schubert, Managing Director at Kincannon & Reed.
