Guittard Chocolate Partners with K&R on SVP, Sales Search

Guittard Chocolate Company, a fifth-generation chocolate company founded in 1868, has appointed Amy Heitkamp as Senior Vice President, Industrial Chocolate Sales.

Amy brings 16 years of experience in the chocolate and specialty ingredients industry, spanning global CPG customers. foodservice, and gourmet/artisan. Throughout her career, Amy has held leadership roles as part of executive teams, contributing to business growth, portfolio management, and strategic decision-making.

“Amy is a results-driven sales leader with deep category experience and a proven ability to build strong customer relationships,” said K&R Managing Director Paul Izenstark. “Her strategic vision and collaborative style will be key as she leads Guittard’s industrial chocolate business into its next phase of growth.”

In her new role, Amy will lead Guittard’s industrial chocolate sales organization, shaping the strategic direction for the business and driving profitable growth. She will work closely with customers to develop innovative solutions tailored to both existing and new product needs, while identifying opportunities to expand into new markets and categories. Amy will also focus on strengthening the sales team through mentorship, collaboration, and a hands-on leadership approach, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall growth strategy and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
