Louisiana Sugar Refining (LSR) recently welcomed Neil Jurkovic as the organization’s new Chief Financial Officer.
Neil brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience across manufacturing, including consumer packaged goods and food, as well as industrial sectors. In his most recent role, he led all financial operations, including strategic planning, FP&A, tax, treasury, and IT, while managing teams across three plants. His background spans corporate finance, operational performance, systems implementation, and strategic transactions.

Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the LSR Board of Directors, Neil’s role oversees finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, and risk management. He will guide financial strategy, strengthen planning and reporting, support governance and stakeholder alignment, and provide leadership across the organization.
