Kincannon & Reed has been retained by a biotechnology company, to recruit a Head of Business Development, Food Value Chain, who will identify, investigate, analyze, and prioritize opportunities to partner with leading CPG brands and food ingredient companies, large grocers, and food distributors seeking healthier, traceable plant products. Reporting to the COO, the Head of Business Development, Food Value Chain, will be accountable to establish and manage these alliances and create long-term value for the Company and its partners.
The ideal candidate will have the strategic vision, results-orientation, and food industry experience to expand the Company’s leadership position in a new, consumer-centric industry. S/he will aspire to join a dynamic team focused on bringing biotechnology innovation to food products across multiple categories.
