Gary has exceptionally broad experience in both the food value chain and the renewables sector and brings that experience and passion for people to each conversation as he assesses candidates and works with clients.   

Gary’s ability to develop candidate profiles and make assessments comes from 15 years of global senior leadership experience from organizations Procter & Gamble, Pepsi, RDO Equipment, and ConAgra. This experience delivers to clients a strong slate of candidates.    
Gary holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Civil Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines.
