Sally Day, Managing Director
Sally has more than 30 years of experience in retail consumer foods with particular expertise in organizational development, supply management, and purchasing.
Prior to joining Kincannon & Reed, Sally was Vice President, Corporate Purchasing for the J.M. Smucker Company where she was responsible for $2.5B in purchases across 26 plants. Her tenure at Smucker also included responsibility for Leadership & Organization Development, establishing the foundational elements of talent management: organization development, leadership development and employee development.
As Principal in her own executive coaching and organizational consulting practice, her client base included leaders, managers, and professionals across the spectrum of corporate, non-profit, and academic organizations.
Sally completed her GPCC (Gestalt Professional Certified Coach) at the prestigious Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, an accredited International Coach Federation organization. Sally has a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University and is certified in the Hay Group Emotional & Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) leadership assessment. She is a BCC (Board Certified Coach) through the Center for Credentialing and Education and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
Sally holds an Executive MBA from Kent State University and completed her B.S. in Business Management and International Business, with a minor in Polish Language from Alliance College.
