At the onset of the 2020s, and as I began my role as President of Kincannon & Reed, we made a commitment to more fully partner with clients to identify and attract the right leaders for your organizations.
Like many companies, 2020 provided us an opportunity to examine the possibilities. We listened closely to our clients, and to some who we have yet to do business with. As the first quarter of 2021 ends, we want to share some of the changes we have made. Ultimately, these changes will ensure we are the best partner for recruitment of effective leaders who can capture opportunities and navigate through the evolving challenges your business faces.
A Brand Refresh
We started with a fresh look for our brand that truly reflects our mission of recruiting leaders for organizations that feed the world and keep it healthy. More than a logo, our new brand mark was designed with a great deal of meaning. The triangle represents our values and strengths including our past, present, and future. We bring our search expertise and industry experience from the past forward, and continually fine tune our offerings to help companies with leadership decisions and support candidates through career transitions. The color green represents growth, and yellow represents clarity, optimism, energy, enlightenment and loyalty.
An Updated Digital Experience
As travel and hand-shaking opportunities were limited, we took the pause to give our website a facelift. We hope you will check it out and let us know what you think.
Our View of the Evolving Food Chain
As we partner with clients around the globe and across the food chain, we see firsthand what is driving change. Many of you have shared that one of our most significant roles in your organization is to keep you informed about what is coming next and preparing your existing and new leadership to manage the change. Our recent Food for Thought article is an example of the first of many actionable insights we will be sharing this year centered around the industries we serve and the trends in attracting the right leadership.
While the year past has introduced several changes, what remains steadfast for the K&R team is our commitment to providing the personal and authentic service our clients have come to expect from us. We will continue to leverage our professional networks to provide the best caliber of candidates to build the leadership teams you and our industry need to succeed.
In 2021, we will celebrate our 40th year of serving clients in this noble industry and look forward to sharing more insights, services, and progress with you.
