We partner certified coaches with executives and use a strengths-based approach to guide leaders through a process that maximizes their potential to drive success. Our coaches bring proven leadership and coaching experience in various organizations to support executives in building their leadership capabilities.
Establish the coaching relationship
Together, the coach and executive create personalized goals and explore specific ways to achieve them, and typically meet twice monthly for 60 minutes over six to 12 months.
Gather and assess input
Listening closely to understand the executive’s needs, coach and executive will gather and assess relevant information to inform the desired goals.
Develop and discover new awareness
Leaders willing to learn and evolve and who actively engage in the coaching process develop the greatest self-awareness and create the best results.
Create the coaching plan
The executive drives the agenda in terms of their goals and desired outcomes, and the coach provides structure, accountability, and a way to measure progress.
Evaluate progress and adjust plan as needed
As goals are clarified and developed in alignment with the strengths and values of the executive, the coaching plan may become more strategic and in-depth.
We recognize that each situation is unique, which is why we offer an information session for discovery. During this confidential introduction, we listen closely to understand your needs, challenges, and goals, provide an overview of the coaching process, and explore whether the benefits of K&R coaching are right for you and your organization.
