Kincannon & Reed Transitions Leadership

Kincannon & Reed, a global executive search firm exclusively serving organizations within the food and agriculture industries, announces leadership changes to begin 2024.

After four years of dedicated service as the President of Kincannon & Reed, Managing Partner David Turner will assume the role of Chairman of the Board.  

This transition is a carefully considered step that aligns with K&R’s long-term vision and underscores the overall commitment to sustained success. As Chairman, Turner’s focus will be on providing strategic guidance, fostering innovation, and supporting the leadership team in navigating the evolving landscape of our industry. Turner will also be serving clients understanding their human capital needs and working to develop strategies that identify, attract and align leaders with growing organizations. Turner commented in his announcement to the organization, “I am confident that this transition will bring new perspectives to the leadership team and will strengthen our ability to capitalize on emerging opportunities, while continuing a 40 plus year legacy of recruiting leaders to organizations that feed the world.”    

Stephanie Liska – will be stepping in as President. “Liska has been an integral part of Kincannon & Reed’s marketing and business development initiatives. She understands the services industry and most importantly knows how important the right leadership with the right organizations is to the future of the food and ag industries,” commented Turner in the recent announcement. Liska brings a wealth of experience, previously serving as a CEO for Beck Ag, Inc. 

Kelly GriffinGriffin will move to Kincannon & Reed’s Sr. Vice President of Operations taking on organizational operations responsibilities. “Griffin is an integral part of the leadership team who has brought innovation and many improvements to Kincannon & Reeds in her short tenure,” commented Turner. Prior to joining Kincannon & Reed in 2019, Griffin served in several leadership roles at Spencer Stuart.
