Arlene Margolis brings more than 25 years of executive experience and possesses deep expertise in the identification, research, assessment, and presentation of candidates for C-suite and Sr. Leadership roles. Based in Chicago, Illinois, Arlene recently partnered with KPMG’s Global Head of M&A to help drive the senior recruiting effort for the US practice of Corporate Finance & Restructuring. Also, she was responsible for leading partner-level searches for PE, due diligence, strategy, technology, and life sciences roles. She founded and managed a boutique retained executive search practice, with a focus on Fortune 500 clients and professional services firms.
Arlene holds a BSBA from the University of Wisconsin, an MBA from Boston University, and a Master of Science degree in Marital & Family Therapy from Northwestern University.
