Kincannon and Reed Promotes Coffey and Adds Senior Associates

Kincannon & Reed announces the promotion of Stephen Coffey to Director. Throughout the years, Coffey has been involved in placing C-Suite and Senior Leadership talent across the industries of food and agriculture.

“In the past five years as a Senior Associate, Stephen has proved to be an invaluable member of the K&R team. His dedication and commitment to his work, coupled with his knowledge and expertise ensure every search he is involved in is an absolute success,” commented Kelly Griffin, K&R’s Vice President of Search Delivery.

Coffey joined K&R with 15 years of search experience working with Fortune 500 clients on a global scale. He was part of a two-person team who executed Senior Information Technology searches for one of the Big Three automotive manufacturers. Coffey also worked closely with a Fortune 50 conglomerate, filling executive-level roles across life sciences, test and measurement, and corporate units.

In addition to Coffey’s promotion, Kincannon & Reed welcomes two new Senior Associates. Arlene Margolis and Pam Capasso each joining the team with more than 20 years of experience.

“We are continuing to expand our capacity and expertise and excited to announce the addition of these two Senior Associates,” K&R President David Turner said. “The broad range of skills and the wealth of knowledge they both bring to the table make them valuable additions to our team.”

Pam Capasso brings a deep understanding of both client and talent needs thanks to her time spent completing hundreds of assignments across a wide range of organizations. Prior to forming Odyssey Research Associates, a search firm specializing in tailored recruiting solutions for executive-level talent, Capasso held both sales and marketing positions for Fortune 500 giants such as Shearson/American Express, Estee Lauder and Hertz Corporation.

Arlene Margolis has a significant experience in the identification, research, thorough assessment, and presentation of candidates for C-Suite roles. Most recently, she partnered KPMG’s Global Head of M&A to help drive the senior recruiting effort for the US practice of Corporate Finance & Restructuring.

“In the near future we will continue to expand our execution team”, comments Griffin.  “The global need for senior leadership and executive talent across the food and agriculture industries continues to grow and we are prepared to help identify, assess, and recruit leaders who will make a difference for our client’s organizations.”
