Five new Senior Associates join Kincannon & Reed recently as our global executive search firm continues to grow. These individuals bring a wealth of knowledge gained during their years in executive search and track records of success.

Noelle Hiscox

Executive search consultant Noelle Hiscox specializes in senior level talent acquisition within a variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, retail, and consumer packaged goods. During her tenure in the industry, Hiscox has worked with firms including Korn Ferry Futurestep, and Accenture.

Hiscox has a track record of success with key hires throughout many functions such as C-Suite, VP, and Director roles in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Human Resources. Her network is strong from years of relationship building with clients and potential candidates.

Meghann Salus

Meghann Salus started her executive search career at a boutique search firm located in Chicago. She brings more than 15 years of talent acquisition experience spanning a multitude of functions including C-Suite level and corporate board placements, and industries including professional services, healthcare, life sciences, and cyber. She has worked both in-house and agency-side, including four years with Huron Consulting Group.

Samantha Tindell

With twenty-five years of experience, Samantha Tindell has a deep understanding of the challenges in corporate talent acquisition. Tindell has worked with top global leadership consulting firms such as Spencer Stuart and Egon Zehnder during her tenure, giving her the ability to assess the client variables and quickly define the search strategy in order to execute successfully. The general practitioner has led key recruiting and pipelining initiatives inside a top 5 global infrastructure firm.

Based in Seattle, Tindell has focused on search and business development strategy, industry and functional research, candidate identification and development and client communications. Her expertise spans many sectors with a concentration in engineered industrial products, energy, infrastructure, natural resources, transportation and logistics, process industries, professional services, and private equity. She has a BA In Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.

Theresa Crane

Following an early career focus on strategic communications in the HMO and financial services industries, Theresa Crane pivoted to retained executive search, where she’s been for nearly 20 years since. In that time, she’s led a multitude of C-suite engagements for small and mid-cap founder-led and equity-backed enterprises looking for executive talent to fuel ambitious growth.

Crane brings a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing creative search for engagements across all functions in addition to her experience in client relations. In more recent years, she has served as client relationship lead in addition to her responsibilities for managing all aspects of search engagement execution. Crane earned her BA in English with a minor in Spanish from St. Norbert College.

Emily Wagner

Based in Brookfield, Illinois, Emily Wagner brings a unique blend of executive search and corporate experience to support clients in a strategic and impactful way. Her industry experience includes many areas such as life sciences & biotech, not-for-profits/associations, and healthcare. Wagner has assisted in wide range of executive-level searches, leading full life cycle recruitment efforts in prior roles.

Wagner graduated from Purdue University with a BA in Psychology and a MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
