Kincannon & Reed Managing Director Paul Izenstark and Managing Partner Jon Leafstedt extend their congratulations to Cesar Vega on joining the team at Motif FoodWorks as Vice President, Food Design.
Cesar brings more than 20 years of experience with him, having previously held research and innovation roles with industry giant Mars in several of its business units. Most recently, Vega led a team at Barry Callebaut as the R&D Director, Innovation & Product Expert Teams.

In his role with Motif, Vega will manage the team responsible for driving research and development of the company’s product line from concept to commercialization. He will provide strategic direction and will work cross-functionally to promote department alignment with the company’s commercial roadmap.
