K&R places SVP, Sales at dynamic food manufacturer

Kincannon & Reed Managing Directors Lisa Johnson and Paul Izenstark extend their congratulations to Jon Murray for his new role as Senior Vice President, Sales for Sonoma Creamery.

In his new role, Murray is responsible for managing and building the retail sales team, including developing and implementing strategic plans. Murray and his team will actively collaborate cross-functionally in addition to participating in new product development to help further grow brand awareness and shelf presence.

“Jon has a demonstrated history of success in sales leadership and operations across multiple areas in the CPG space” Johnson said. “His ability to adapt and think critically will be extremely beneficial in this new role.”

Prior to joining Sonoma Creamery, Murray’s experience includes roles with start-up ventures to multinational corporations. Most recently, Murray held the SVP, Sales role for Velocity Snack Brands.
