Natural Choice Foods has named Suzanne Kalamar as Vice President of Revenue Management, adding a seasoned pricing and commercial leader to its executive team as the company continues to grow its dynamic secondary-market food business.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, Suzanne will lead Natural Choice Foods’ revenue management function, overseeing pricing strategy and governance, margin optimization and the financial impact of commercial decisions. She will develop a scalable pricing framework that balances competitiveness, customer expectations, volume programs, inventory and cost dynamics, while partnering closely with sales, procurement, operations and other cross-functional leaders. The role will also involve guiding commercial negotiations, strengthening pricing discipline and leading the revenue management team to support NCF’s long-term growth and profitability.
“Suzanne brings a unique combination of analytical strength and commercial perspective to this role,” said K&R Managing Director Patrick Fitzgerald. “She understands how pricing decisions translate to the P&L, but just as importantly, she understands how to build structure around complex decisions without losing the flexibility needed in a fast-moving commercial environment. Her collaborative approach will be a tremendous asset to Natural Choice Foods.”
Suzanne brings more than 11 years of experience in dynamic pricing, revenue management, margin management and commercial analytics within the foodservice industry, supported by earlier pricing experience in the food and consumer products sectors. She has managed pricing spanning produce, proteins, commodities, dry goods and other foodservice categories, giving her significant experience navigating complex portfolios and rapidly changing market conditions.
“Suzanne’s passion for learning, making an impact and helping others is one of the things that really sets her apart,” said K&R Managing Director Sally Day. “She is a tremendous mentor and genuinely invests in the growth of the people around her. She also has a natural ability to build relationships and help teams work through complex decisions. That combination of commercial expertise, curiosity and people leadership will serve her well in this role.”
