He held senior roles at Schering-Plough, Pfizer, Zoetis, and Axiota Animal Health, where he built and led high-performing teams with local, regional, and global reach.

Throughout his career, he has emphasized role design, team dynamics, and talent strategies as levers to drive culture and performance. This broad expertise enables him to expertly assess and connect candidates across the full spectrum of executive roles, with a clear focus on the diverse needs and perspectives of his clients.
Beyond corporate leadership, Jon has served the industry through his appointment to the U.S. Beef Strategic Plan Taskforce and a three-year term on the National FFA Sponsors Board.
