Carolyn brings nearly 20 years of experience in the recruitment of Board Members, CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, General Counsel, and other senior-level executives across a broad range of industries.

Her background includes leadership positions with Egon Zehnder International, serving their global Board & CEO practice. She began her career with the law firm of Lord, Bissell & Brook, working in the International Insurance Practice Group.

She holds a BA degree from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and also a member of the following organizations.
