Paul Miller, Managing Director
Paul leads Kincannon & Reed’s Food & Ingredients practice, and engages with start-ups, family businesses, coops, private equity portfolio companies, and public companies. His engagements benefit from his extensive experience as a senior executive and entrepreneur in food processing.
As the President/CEO, Paul profitably grew a small commercial specialty baking company into a national player with a 10-fold sales increase in nine years. Paul’s early career centered on the meat processing industry first as Vice President of Operations for a regional beef company, and then as Vice President/General Manager of the processing division, which he led to record volume, revenues, and profits.
Paul serves on the Board of the Independent Bakers Association. He holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School, an MS in Agricultural Economics from Michigan State University, and a BS in Agricultural Economics from Cornell.
